Really easy to make. Fill with anything you fancy including: salad, vegetables, salmon, tuna, chicken, salsa, houmous, pesto etc. Once filled roll and serve hot or cold. A great lunch or savoury breakfast.
Ingredients: 1 egg, olive oil for frying.
Method: Heat a small frying pan with a drop of olive oil, pour in a lightly whipped egg. Fry till nearly formed and flip and fry the other side. Slid onto a plate, fill and roll. Enjoy as many as you fancy.
