Banana Oat Pancakes

3 ingredients to make these delicious pancakes and super easy too!
1 banana
1/2 cup of milk or plant milk
3/4 cup of oats
Blend all the ingredients, heat some olive oil in a frying pan. Drop in 4 dollops of batter and cook till golden. Flip and do the other side. Serve with Greek yogurt, berries, nuts and seeds.
